We take privacy seriously and are committed to providing clear and transparent policies with regards to how your information is collected and used. SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?


When registering on our site, we may collect your name, email address or other information to help you with your experience. In addition, we provide social network authentication with Facebook, Twitter and Google. When signing up with one of these services, you authorize us to access the information available on those profiles, including but not limited to: your name, gender, location and email address.


This information is collected at the time you register for an account on our site, update your subscriptions, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to any marketing materials, or fill out any other forms present on our site.


If you choose to pay for a tour on the website, we may collect credit card or additional payment information from you. However, it’s important to note that we do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as ‘Stripe.’ Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in Stripe’s own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.


The payment processor, ‘Stripe’, may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make payments requests with. The payment processor ‘Stripe’ may also provide us with information such as your name, credit card type, expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card number. This information is used only to make single payment requests.


In addition, we may also request and receive any payment history between the user and Lokafy.





NON PERSONAL INFORMATION


Whenever you visit our site, we may also collect and store non personal information including but not limited to your IP address, location, browser, referral URL, and operating system. However, this information alone, without consent from you or form your internet service provider, cannot be used to identify you.



SECTION 2 – CONSENT


How do you get my consent?


When you provide us with personal information to sign up for an account, submit a tour booking request, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.


If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.


How do I withdraw my consent?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.


However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.



SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.


However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.


Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

If Lokafy, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Lokafy may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
