Souk

Dubai is famous for its Souk markets. The traditional Gold and Spice Souks (souk means ‘market’ in Arabic) are only a 15-minute drive from the airport. Dubai is known for these markets and it is the best place to buy a lot of high-quality spices (and gold!) for a great price.

Burj

If you are visiting Dubai, you cannot miss Burj Al Arab. The iconic sail-shaped silhouette of Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is a place you must visit. The hotel is located near Dubai Beach which is a perfect combination to soak in some vitamin sea as well. The beach has some stunning views and would make for an ideal place to unwind. Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world with a height of 828 m (830 m to tip) and 163 floors. The Burj Khalifa is so grand, it can be seen from 95km away. Burj Khalifa is also home to the world’s highest restaurant, highest mosque, highest nightclub, and highest observatory deck.  Quite fancy isn't it?

The shops range from high-end retail stores to everyday needs, all under one roof! You can also do some window shopping but indulgent in various cuisines that the mall has to offer. After all that shopping it’s only fair that you fuel up!

DUBAI FOUNTAINS

Fountains

Dubai is home to the world’s largest choreographed fountains and goes off every half hour, between 6 PM and 11 PM every night. This is one of the best spots in the city to watch the sunset. Interestingly, they are located at the Dubai Mall. To top it off, the fountains are synchronized to Arab tracks, opera, and even Michael Jackson numbers!

THE PALM JUMEIRAH

Palm

Your visit to Dubai is incomplete without seeing The Palm Jumeirah. This man-made island imitates the shape of a palm tree and has an array of hotels to stay the night. The tree-shaped island is known for glitzy hotels, posh apartment towers, and upmarket global restaurants. Food trucks offering snacks like shawarma dot the Palm Jumeirah Boardwalk, popular for its views of the Dubai coastline and the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel. Beach clubs with spas and infinity pools turn into boisterous nightclubs with live DJs in the evening. Your 24 hours can definitely end on a high note in true Emirati style!
